Our new Donna Skirt sashays in with inset floral lace and lofty wildflower embroidery on custom dobby cotton. A functional drawcord at the waist can be tied in a bow at front or back. Below, the full sweep, midi-skirt drops into shirred panels and a final embroidered flounce at bottom.
